Anima is now live! From 7th July 2026, you can submit requests online via our website or call the practice and select Option 1 to speak with Andi, our virtual assistant.

Our online form now looks different and you will be asked a few more additional questions to help us better understand your needs and direct your request appropriately.

Mid Norfolk Health & Wellbeing Day

We are pleased to share, on behalf of the Mid Norfolk Primary Care Network (PCN), that the Mid Norfolk Health & Wellbeing Day is taking place this February. This free community event brings together local health, care and wellbeing organisations for a day dedicated to helping people take control of their health.

Our practice will also be attending, alongside a range of local healthcare providers, GP practice teams, and community services.

What to Expect

  • Meet Local Services: Speak with representatives from Mid Norfolk healthcare teams, GP practices, and community organisations.
  • Personalised Care Conversations: Explore support tailored to your needs through “What matters to you?” discussions.
  • Information & Guidance: Learn more about local services and how they can support you.
  • Ask Questions: Engage directly with professionals who can offer advice and signposting.
