Anima is now live! From 7th July 2026, you can submit requests online via our website or call the practice and select Option 1 to speak with Andi, our virtual assistant.
Our online form may look different and you will be asked a few more additional questions to help us better understand your needs and direct your request appropriately.

If you are using the NHS App, you can choose if you want to receive notifications or not.
Notifications are not available when you log in through the NHS website to access your services.
We use notifications to tell you when you have a new message.
