We’ve introduced a new way to contact the practice

Anima is now live! From 7th July 2026, you can submit requests online via our website or call the practice and select Option 1 to speak with Andi, our virtual assistant.

Our online form may look different and you will be asked a few more additional questions to help us better understand your needs and direct your request appropriately.

Visit our Anima FAQs page for more information.

Training practice

GP training

We are an accredited GP training practice and regularly have trainee GPs from Health Education England being taught within the surgery. You may be offered an appointment with them under supervision.

In association with the University of East Anglia (UEA) Medical School, one of our Locum GPs teaches medical students here, on site during university term time:-

  • Dr. Sarah Stevens teaches year one medical students on Thursdays during the academic year.

Our student administrator, Nicky, may contact patients to see whether they would be willing to meet with the students.

The ability to consult with ‘real’ patients is a considerable help to the students and those consultations are, of course, properly supervised by the tutors. We are very grateful to those patients who have already kindly volunteered to help train our GP’s of the future. If you are interested in doing this, please mention it to your GP or contact Nicky on 01362 852800.
